成立目的  Purpose
"廖碧兒國際歌影迷會"成立 目的是希望能夠讓世界各地的碧兒歌迷與影迷集合起來給碧兒最大的支持; 並作為一個不受地域界限的平台讓各歌迷用影埋互相交流。

The purpose of setting up the "Bernice Liu International Fan Club" is to bring together every Bernice fan all over the world to show their utmost support.  Also, it acts as a platform for everyone to share comments and communicate with each other, despite geographical boundaries.
